Range: flashing white every 5 seconds visible for 25 miles
This light is operational
built 1862 by David and Thomas Stevenson
Date automated: 1998 (as the last one of the Northern Lighthouse Board)
Current use: Active aid to navigation
The fog signal was discontinued in 1995
